By downloading, installing, or using Job Ready CV (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Job Ready CV provides a mobile application and web platform that allows users to create, edit, and export professional CVs and resumes. The Service includes: • CV and resume creation tools • Professional templates • AI-powered writing assistance • PDF export functionality • Optional premium subscription features We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Some features may require account creation. When creating an account you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information. • Maintain the security of your password and account. • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access. • Take responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or have been inactive for extended periods.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not: • Use the Service to create fraudulent, misleading, or false CV documents. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts. • Transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code. • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's templates or content without permission. • Use the Service in any way that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers. • Resell or commercialize the Service without written authorization. Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

The Service, including all templates, designs, code, and content, is owned by Job Ready CV and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal content you enter into your CV. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or Service content without explicit written permission.

Certain features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you agree to: • Pay the applicable subscription fees as described in the app. • Authorize us to charge your selected payment method. • Understand that subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted to billing@jobreadycv.com within 7 days of the charge. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Prices may change with 30 days advance notice to subscribers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that CVs created using our Service will result in job interviews or employment. Job search outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JOB READY CV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if necessary.
